Site regulations for all camping guests

Dear camping guests,

We are pleased to welcome you to our campsite and wish you a warm welcome!

By entering the campsite you accept the following campsite regulations:

Article 1: Operator

The campsite owner is obliged to ask for identification from every person who wishes to stay on the campsite.

Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be accepted with the written authorization of their parents.

Article 2: the accommodation costs

Each camper is obliged to pay the person fee or accommodation fee at the latest on the day of departure according to the valid price list.

The accommodation costs are calculated on the basis of a current price list, according to the number of nights spent at the campsite.

The pitches must be vacated by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. If you leave later, an additional night will be charged. (Except low season). Due to the current Corona regulations, a cancellation free of charge is possible after consultation by e-mail or telephone.

Article 3: Noise and quiet

Always show consideration for your fellow campers and avoid making unnecessary noise. Behavior and clothing should always be correct.

The night's rest begins at 22:00 and ends at 6:00. Lunch break is between 12:30 and 14:00.

Article 4: Pets

We are dog-friendly and allow dogs. Dogs of all sizes must be kept on a lead at all times in the campsite area. Please ensure that your dog does not defecate on paths, in meadows or fields. Dog excrement must be disposed of properly by the respective dog owner, otherwise you may be banned from the site. Dogs may not enter sanitary buildings, rental properties and play areas.

Article 5: Car traffic

Driving motorized vehicles is only permitted in the campsite area for arrival and departure. Walking speed must be maintained everywhere, pedestrians always have priority. This applies to vehicles of all kinds (bicycles etc.). Only one vehicle per pitch is permitted and this must be parked in its own parking space or in the designated parking lot. The road traffic regulations apply on the site.

Article: 6 Hygiene and cleanliness

Cleanliness is certainly very important to you. We therefore ask you to leave the sanitary facilities as you found them. Smoking and taking bottles and glasses into the sanitary facilities is not permitted.

Please sort your waste and dispose of it in the recycling bins at the sanitary building. The bins are marked. No bulky waste or problem waste is accepted. Please note our special waste information. Waste from home may not be brought in.

You can empty the waste water from your mobile toilets in the sinks. Do not allow waste water to seep into the ground and never dispose of it directly into the rainwater drainage system.

Only dishes may be washed in the sinks. Shoes, bicycles etc. may only be washed in the designated areas.

Please help to save water. Treat the facilities and equipment on the campsite with care and keep them clean. Show consideration for your fellow campers and behave responsibly.

Article 7: Safety/Emergencies

Emergency number in Luxembourg is 112 | Police 113

A defibrillator is available at the reception.

Open fires are strictly forbidden on the campsite.

Fire extinguishers are available at the reception, restaurant and sanitary facilities. In case of fire, please inform the campsite management immediately.

First aid kits are available in the restaurant and at the sanitary facilities. Care must be taken to ensure that no one is endangered or inconvenienced by tent pegs, tent cords and other accessories.

For caravans and mobile homes with liquid gas systems, the legally required safety inspection must be verified. Gas cylinders (including empty ones) may only be transported with the safety cap in place.

In the event of severe storms and thunderstorms, we ask you to seek safe places outside the tents, caravans etc.

Article 8: Children

We would like to remind you that parents are responsible for their children. Children are not allowed to play at the water taps and showers. Children under 6 years of age may only enter the sanitary facilities and toilets if accompanied by an adult. Rental of canoes to minors is only possible with a declaration of consent signed by a parent.

Article 9: Departure or early departure

Please complete the departure formalities by 11:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. The pitch must be left clean and cleared by 12 noon on the day of departure.

An additional daily fee will be charged for departures after midday. (see article 2)

In case of early departure, please inform us the evening before departure and settle the bill.

Article 10: Site maintenance

Enclosures and ditches around the tent or pitches as well as separate gazebos are not permitted. In order to protect the lawn, plastic sheeting and similar items (awnings) may not be laid on the ground. This does not apply to air-permeable mesh mats. The camper will be held liable for any damage to furnishings and plants.

Article 11: Fishing

General fishing season from 01.03-14.06

Anyone wishing to fish must carry a fishing permit in their name. Before the age of 14, fishing may only be practiced under the supervision of an adult holder of a fishing permit. There are fishing bans for undersized fish and special closed seasons for various species. Only one fishing rod may be used per person. Fishing licenses can be purchased at the municipal administration.

Article 12: W-Lan

W-Lan is available free of charge for our guests everywhere on the campsite.

Visiting and downloading illegal websites and content is strictly prohibited.

Article 13: Compliance with the house rules

The house rules are exercised by the management and the groundsman on behalf of SIT de Rosport.

The domiciliary right includes the possibility of expelling persons or groups from the site or not admitting them if this appears necessary to maintain peace and quiet or the site rules. The instructions of the management or the groundsman must be followed, in particular with regard to the positioning of motor vehicles, caravans, tents and similar facilities.

The site tenant also undertakes to follow the site rules for fellow travelers and his own visitors.

We are not liable for damage, theft or loss of property belonging to the site tenant and their fellow travelers, unless the site staff have acted with intent or gross negligence. Sufficient liability insurance must be taken out for the caravan. The pitch holder is only liable for any falling branches within the scope of the liability insurance.

Article 14: Miscellaneous

The use of drones and flying over people, roads or animals is not permitted on the campsite.
